ABOUT OUR COMPANY

Systems Technology Forum, Ltd. (STF), a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) incorporated in 2003, is a Systems Engineering, Program Management and Information Technology services firm that provides focused solutions and customer-centric support to the US Government, US Military Services and the Department of Homeland Security on issues of national significance.  STF maintains offices supporting customers in Virginia (Arlington, Chesapeake and Fredericksburg), Hanover Maryland, San Diego California and Charleston SC.  STF develops solid and proven Command, Control, and Communications (C3) technical solutions to the Defense Department's most critical requirements. Our technical and management staff are industry experts with the ability to combine technically excellent and innovative solutions with best industry and business practices. Our Past Performance since inception has been consistently superior in all aspects of task planning, management, execution and product delivery.  As a Systems Engineering (SE) and Information Technology (IT) services provider, STF provides Systems Engineering and Technical support services in Information Assurance (IA), Satellite/Terrestrial Communications, Networks, C3 Systems Support, and system/enterprise architecture analysis and design.  Significant programs currently supported include DOD-Navy Teleport, GCCS, CANES, ISNS, ADNS and MNIS.  As a Program and Acquisition Management services provider, systems life-cycle management, operations and implementation; logistics management and life cycle support; and acquisition and program management services.  Our Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) efforts have saved millions of dollars for our Government customers with new ways for procuring, executing and deploying large scale C4 systems.  STF has successfully developed and delivered AoAs on DOD Teleport (a $2B Program) and MNIS (a multi-million dollar program).  In the area of Systems Integration Installation and Life-Cycle support, STF has proven capabilities in C3 platform (ship/shore) system installation, integration, test and checkout.  Current efforts include supporting the US Navy GCCS, ISNS, and RF Communications Upgrade programs.  STF's current clients include the Defense Information Services Agency (DISA), Office of Secretary Defense, Networks and Information Integration (OSD-NII), Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), SPAWAR Systems Center (SSC) Charleston, Military Sealift Command (MSC), Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Program Executive Office (PEO) C4I, PEO Aircraft Carriers, Joint Forces Command (JFCOM), and Department of Homeland Security) DHS.  Since beginning operations October 2003, STF has realized significant growth in revenue and employee base by establishing itself as a premier professional services provider to our clients and industry partners.
