GOVERNMENT TELECOMMUNICATIONS - STF provides essential solutions and services for US Government communications programs such as the DoD and Navy Teleport, Advanced Digital Network System (ADNS), Consolidated Afloat Network Enterprise System (CANES), Multi-National Information Sharing (MNIS) / ISS, GCCS, Navy Enterprise Communications and many other new and legacy systems relying on and devising proven technical engineering, integration, program management (PM) and acquisition strategies.
NAVAL AFLOAT/ASHORE NETWORKS - STF supports critical US Navy networking initiatives, such as CANES, Advanced Digital Network System (ADNS) and Teleport and Integrated Shipboard Network System (ISNS), and participates with the Navy's Integrated Information Network (NIIN) Integrated Product Team (IPT) via Military Sealift Command (MSC), SPAWARSYSCOM, PEO C4 & Space and PEO Carriers contracts.
SYSTEMS ENGINEERING SERVICES - Project constraints often require delivery of a new engineering capability that have minimal impact to legacy systems becoming a overarching new system that tangle new and legacy technologies into a "system of systems". These are daily challenges undertaken and successfully solved at STF. We are proud of our performance and the solutions we devise for our clients and partners. STF supports the SPAWAR Chief Engineer (CHENG) for in modeling and simulation of current and projected C4I deployment and life-cycle implementation. Other areas supported included PEO C4I, PEO Space, PEO JTRS and PEO Carriers.
SYSTEMS INTEGRATION & INSTALLATION SUPPORT SERVICES - STF provides Afloat and Ashore C4I Systems Integration Support services for critical Navy Systems to includes Global Command Control System (GCCS), Global Command Support System (GCSS), Unclassified and Classified Naval Networks, and secure Naval line-of-sight (LOS), satellite, and terrestrial communications systems providing information transfer amongst deployed platforms and units.
ACQUISITION STRATEGY AND MODELING/SIMULATION SOLUTIONS - With expertise in the POM and PPBS processes, STF provides support for a variety of DoD acquisition programs: critical ACAT I (and ACAT II/III) programs for SPAWARSYSCOM and PEO Carriers. STF resources include certified DAIWA Acquisition Specialists with extensive experience in budgetary and funding processes. Our staff is experienced in DoDAF, JCIDS and other architecture and acquisition requirement processes used througout the DoD and Services. STF has successfully performed on contract and collaborated at all echelons of the DoD to include OSD-NII/PA&E, JCS, all COCOMs, DISA, OPNAV, NETWARCOM, PEO C4I, MSC, SPAWARSYSCOM and SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic and Pacific.
LOGISTICS, LIFE CYCLE SUPPORT - STF is a provider of complete life cycle logistics engineering services and supports the US Government in the staging, shipping, tracking and inventory analysis of US Navy communication programs. STF currently supports SSC Charleston for Naval Systems deployed worldwide.
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SERVICES - Charting a plan of action and managing to the plan is a crucial aspect of mission critical systems program management. STF provides our partners and customers with critical PM solutions and professional services. Our PM solutions deal with program schedules, milestones, deliverables, cost analyses and product and service reviews. STF is proud to help our clients do what they do best by delivering products of outstanding quality on schedule or sooner and at cost. Our staff includes PMI certified personnel that deliver the very best in program management services and support.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) AND INFORMATION ASSURANCE (IA) - STF provides various IT support services for our clients for R&D and Integration laboratories as well as for deployed systems. STF provides IA policy and procedure compliance services, including FISMA, for our clients at Military Sealift Command and SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston.
