achievement that required the commitment and support of every employee
throughout the company.

Technology Forum, Ltd. opens its newest facility located in O?OFallon, IL
supporting our DISA customers at Scott AFB.
The company also achieved a milestone with the employee roster exceeding
150 staff members.

Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).

Technology Forum, Ltd. finishes the Fiscal year 2009 with $22.6M in revenues,
an increase of 22% in gross sales from FY 2008.
The company also exceeds the $50M mark in Seaport-E awarded task order
contract ceiling.

Technology Forum, Ltd. has been awarded a SPAWAR SSC Atlantic competitive
Seaport?E prime (N00178-05-D-4596) delivery order (V708) for SPAWAR SSC
Atlantic. This is a three year delivery order (9 December 2009 - 8 December
2012) with total value of $9,590,687 including the base and option years. This
award will support SPAWAR Atlantic code 545B0, NTCSS ISEA supporting PMW-150.
The scope of this Delivery Order includes to enable knowledge superiority for
the Joint Warfighter through the development, acquisition and life cycle
support of effective, integrated C4ISR (Command, Control, Communications,
Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance), IT (Information
Technology), and Space capabilities. SSC Atlantic?s speed-to-capability in
support of DoD and the global war on terrorism offers an invaluable return on investment
to its stakeholders. SSC-Atlantic supports the Joint Warfighter through a
balanced team of government resources and industry partners.

2009 - STF to open new office in Hanover, Maryland (July 2009) to
support DISA / NSA efforts in the Fort Meade area.

Awarded a 3 year (Base plus Options) Seaport Task Order (V706) with a total
ceiling value of $6.3M. Systems
Technology Forum, Ltd. has been awarded a SSC Atlantic competitive Seaport ? E
prime delivery order (V707) for Shore Communications Modernization Support. This is a three year delivery order with total
value of $9,905,876. The scope of the effort includes providing on-going
programmatic support and technical services to SSC Atlantic in support of PEO
C4I Navy Communications and Shore Modernization efforts. Key events requiring contractor support
include providing programmatic and technical support for the Navy Tactical
Switching program and other shore modernization initiatives. This includes
developing and updating technical program documentation that will be used to
develop a cohesive, integrated Navy Communications and Shore Modernization
strategy. Within this framework are requirements for technical services and
analysis capabilities including trade studies; as well as comprehensive program
and integration analysis for overarching shore integration strategies.
Execution of this task requires a thorough understanding of the Joint
Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) and the Planning,
Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) system. Close coordination with
the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV NF1) is required to ensure support and
resource alignment with the tactical shore modernization strategy.
