S3 has 250 employees supporting Army, Air Force, and NASA programs in the majority of the functional areas specified in your requirement matrix. S3 is a full services organization providing system support to our customers with high quality subject matter experts, engineers, logisticians and program management professionals. Our experience base spans some 12 years in the Department of Defense business area in various geographical zones as spelled out in the SeaportE requirements. The following paragraphs provide a brief description of our technical requirements.


Tele~Consultants, Inc. (TCI), a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), was founded in 1985 with the goal of establishing a core competency in assisting our customers in planning, development, and implementation of product support and customer service programs. Over our 17 year corporate history, we have continued to enhance our capabilities in this area and have expanded our expertise to include information technology applications and added value to the services and products we develop and support. Many of our technical staff members have extensive communications and information technology experience that easily predates the incorporation of our organization. At present Tele~Consultants Inc. is actively involved in providing consulting support in a wide variety of information management, software development, engineering support, and network design and implementation projects. Our first client, the Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare System Command (SPAWAR) contracted with TCI to be an integral team member for the development of a state-of-the-art satellite communication program supporting Ultra High Frequency (UHF), Super High Frequency (SHF), and Extremely High Frequency (EHF) Satellite Communication (SATCOM) programs as well as Internet Protocol (IP) network services and features.
